TRADEMARKS FEE SCHEDULE

1.	On lodging: ( Form 4)
	Application to register a trademark or series of trademarks for goods/services in a prescribed class	PGK250.00
	On the same day apply to register same trademark in respect of goods/services in another prescribed class	PGK200.00
2.	Registration of a trademark or series of trademarks where the representation exceeds 80mm x 60mm in size (in addition to application fee payable)	PGK40.00
3.	Registration of a trade mark or series of trade marks	PGK350.00
4.	For each entry in the Register of association of a trade or service mark	PGK50.00
5.	On lodging an application for: (Form 2, Form 8, Form 9 & Form 10)
	Cancellation of an entry of a trade mark or	PGK50.00
	To enter change of address or	PGK50.00
	For a certified copy of Certificate of Registration or	PGK50.00
	To which fee under paragraph 5a applies	PGK50.00
5a	Simultaneously, where 2 or more applications are made under these sections that are to the same effect in respect of each trademark to which applications relate, excluding those referred to in 5 above.	PGK50.00 + PGK25.00 for each application after the first
